Coming to Liverpool's Baltic Triangle once again in 2013 is the third Threshold Festival and Seba Rashii Culture Zine - That's us! - will be producing the Official Festival Blog once again.
Last year was excellent, with art, music, crazy hats and excellence aplenty but this year can only get better. With the full line up to be announced very soon it's all to be guessed as what sounds, visions and heroes will feature in our coverage. All we can say is The Culture is Out There!
