The Verdict: A video that shows those famous never ending illuminations that make Tokyo such an atmospheric and visually striking place shows us that the voice of oft-Yoko Ono collaborator Cornelius travels well. The heat of the city that never sleeps calls for humidity breaking sonic treats like this and this is without doubt a well executed visual and audio treat indeed!
