The release of the budget first video for the recently released Hello Steve Reich Mix of Love is Lost was a good example of what minimalism and good lighting can do in film making. But today saw the release of the full length video that features a far more high tech concept.

A virtual world is created over the course of the video that eventually merges into the form of a man and a woman kissing naked. Love is the theme in this digital world and just as in any other point of his career; Bowie keeps us intrigued with modern yet timeless renderings of his considerable work. A minimalist video uses white walls to great effect, matching the approach taken to the parent album The Next Day’s packaging design.
