There's Boris Karloff and Boris Carloff and it's the latter of which we speak right now. Sure, Karloff is cool, looked good in a vampire costume and still influences horror performances to this day but Carloff is something else entirely. Nominated for a Czech Grammy in 2006 he's releasing his international debut album The Escapist in May. The first single from the album is the haunting avant-garde gem Falling.
With a distinctly steam punk ethos reminiscent of the horror films of the 1930's and 40's it makes for a visual as well as aural treat.
