If David Bowie was quiet in his activities for the decade before the release of The Next Day then he’s certainly making up for lost time this year. For the seventh (!) promotional video this year we have the Venetian Mix of album track I’d Rather Be High and a video that is a grower rather than a smack-you-in-the-face instant classic.
